I am currently pursuing my M.Sc. in Computer Science at the University of Calgary, Canada. I have joined the
Biometric Technologies Laboratory (BTLab) under the supervision of Dr. Marina Gavrilova. My current research involves computer vision,
action recognition and explanability.
Previously, I have completed my B.Sc. from the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Communication
Engineering at the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), Bangladesh in 2022.
I was an Adjunct Lecturer and a part-time Research Assistant at the Department of
Computer Science and Engineering at Independent University, Bangladesh upto June, 2024. In my appointment I have taught courses
on Electrical Circuit Analysis, Algorithms, Introduction to Computer Systems and Numerical
Methods while also working on a project
involving pelvic bone segmentation and fracture detection using deep learning.
Research Interests: Computer Vision, Robotics, and Human-computer Interation.
Other Interests: Music, Travelling, and Programming.
